By installing, accessing or using the Quiplos browser extension, this dashboard and any related services (together, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). The Service is operated by [Company Legal Name] (“Quiplos”, “we”, “us”).

Quiplos is an AI reply assistant for X. It adds an action to posts you choose, reads the text of the post (and limited nearby context) when you click it, and suggests replies written to match your chosen tone, length, language and writing style.

• You decide what to do with each suggestion: copy it, edit it, or insert it into X’s reply box.
• Quiplos never posts on your behalf. You always submit your reply yourself with X’s own controls.
• Quiplos does not like, follow, repost or automate any other engagement.
• Quiplos is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by X.

You can use the core features without an account. An account may be required for features such as syncing settings across devices, subscriptions and billing.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your sign-in credentials and any connection token secure. Tell us promptly at [Contact email] if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

Replies are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive or inappropriate. Quiplos does not verify facts and does not guarantee that any suggestion is original, suitable for your purpose, or compliant with any rule or law.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing every reply before you post it, and for ensuring that what you post complies with X’s rules and all applicable laws. Do not rely on Quiplos for professional, legal, medical or financial advice.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• spam, harass, threaten, defame or deceive others, or impersonate any person or organisation;
• create or share unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative or otherwise harmful content;
• automate posting, liking, following, reposting or any other engagement on X;
• violate X’s terms or rules, or the rights of any third party;
• reverse engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with the Service, or attempt to bypass usage limits, plan restrictions or security measures;
• share, resell or sublicense your access to the Service without our written permission.

We may limit, suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.

Quiplos offers a Free plan and paid plans. Current paid plans and prices (in Indian rupees) are:

• Pro — ₹299 per month, or ₹2,990 per year;
• Creator — ₹599 per month, or ₹5,990 per year.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose and renew automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; Quiplos does not store your card details. Prices may exclude [applicable taxes]. We may change prices or plans by giving you [notice period] notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.

If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend paid features until it is resolved.

Usage is measured in AI generations. One AI generation is one click on “AI Reply” and returns three reply suggestions.

• Free — 10 AI generations per day.
• Pro — 300 AI generations per month.
• Creator — 1,500 AI generations per month.

Regenerating replies counts as a new generation. Only successful generations are counted; copying, editing and inserting a reply are not. Free allowances reset daily and paid allowances reset monthly within your subscription term. [Unused allowance carry-over rule]. We may apply reasonable fair-use limits and adjust plan features or limits, and we will tell you about material changes in advance.

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from the subscription management page. After you cancel, you keep access to your paid plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds: [Refund policy — to be provided]. Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

The Service, including its software, design, text, logos and trademarks, is owned by [Company Legal Name] or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own purposes.

You keep the rights you have in your own content, including the replies you write and post. You give us permission to process the content you submit to the Service (such as the post you choose to reply to and your writing examples) only as needed to operate and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy (available at /privacy) explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it. In short:

• X content is processed only when you ask Quiplos to generate a reply.
• Your writing-style examples are used to personalise suggestions.
• A short list of replies you copy or insert is kept on your device only, and you can turn it off or clear it at any time.
• Quiplos never posts replies automatically.

By using the Service you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.

The Service relies on third parties, which may include AI model providers, a payment provider, an authentication provider, hosting and infrastructure providers, and optional product analytics. X is a separate service with its own terms.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them. Your use of X remains subject to X’s terms and rules.

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance, because of problems with third-party providers, or when X changes its website in ways that affect how the extension works.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service. Where reasonably possible we will give you notice of material changes. [Uptime commitment, if any].

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate or free of errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Company Legal Name] and its affiliates, officers, employees and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or reputation, arising from or related to your use of the Service or content you post using it.
